This is Linux, you can install instead of Windows, make a Dual boot, which I haven't done since ME or Maybe XP so you'd have to google details on that because you'd have to set up the hdds correctly and install in a particular order, or run it in a virtual box.

To install on PC, Burn img and put in dvd drive and reboot from cd, follow the prompts...
